1. Can I play on it? I’m a beginner.
Sure! It's a completely intuitive drum. This will suit everyone, even for children. You don't have to know the notes. Thanks to wide selection of harmonic scales - everyone will be able to choose  an instrument for themselves.
Therapy: 15-20 minutes playing per day will give boost of energy, relieve stress and fatigue, also help to relax.

2. Can I play with hands?
Handpan is played with hands for a softer sound, it is easy because it made of thin steel.
Regarding tongue drum - yes, it can be played with hands or sticks both (sticks are included), but need to know that for beginners it may take some time to understand the technique of hands playing, it's a kind of percussion kick, not just a touch.
From the start you can use sticks and bit by bit move on to playing with hands — with regular practice it will not take you more than a week.

3. What’s difference between Tongue drum and Handpan?
Handpans are made of thin steel (up to 1.3 mm) and have embossed tonal fields with a soft sound. Tongue drum can be made of steel up to 3 mm and has cut tongues, which have a clearer percussion sound.
The advantages of a tongue drum its durability, compactness and price. While a hand pan requires careful handling and a bigger budget - it creates a special charm with its sound.

4. Does the color affect sound?
The sound is affected by many factors, such as geometry of the shells, the mark of steel and even width of sound zone.
But all our designs have the same sound character. You can choose the color that suits you best - sound quality meets high standards and comes first.

5. What’s the difference between sizes?
Main rule is: The bigger size - the deeper sound. But it has to balance for you as the larger size adds weight. We offer 30cm / 12" and 40cm / 16".
There is no best size - each is good in its own area! Choose the size of drum that suits best exactly for you. All in stock.

6. How to choose the Scale?
Main rule: Trust Your Feelings.
We recommend relying on your feeling and imagination while listening to different scales. Try to get away from making choices with mind, rely on your heart.

7. How fast I will get it? Shipping.
We have drums in stock in the USA, EU and Ukraine.
Delivery time depends on your location, usually up to 7-8 days.
We have been shipping worldwide since 2016 and gained a lot of experience during this time. The packaging is shockproof and the instrument will not be damaged during shipping.

8. Additional costs? Custom duties and fees.
Usually our customers does not have additional expenses. Why?
Because we have drums in stock in the USA, EU and Ukraine (see catalog).

9. How to care for Tongue Drum? Durability.
Steel Tongue Drums is definitely durable than Handpans, as it is made of thicker steel. It is also stronger than most popular musical instruments, because it is made of steel.
But still worth remember that it is a musical instrument, so we recommend Follow 4 Simple Steps for Care:
- Avoid moisture and extra-temperature.
- Keep instrument from drops and unstable surfaces.
- Control the force when hitting petals.
- Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Repeat this regularly - at least once a month, it will help your drum live longer!

10. I saw similar but cheaper. What is difference?
Unfortunately, in recent years, there have been many fakes that may look very similar, but this is not it. Real quality requires a careful approach to tuning notes, also expensive materials and most importantly - knowledge of the matter from master.
This can't be conveyed by a picture and often a dishonest “manufacturer” imposes a false sound - be careful when choosing because disappointment from poor quality lasts longer than the joy from a sweet price.
